Donya is an avid contributor to the research industry, with leadership roles as Director on the Research Agency Council at MRIA and Chair of ASTM E18.

John is a big picture thinker with a side order of analytics.  He brings over 20 years of diverse business experience from Tier 1 CPG companies in the area of sales, marketing, innovation, insights and strategic planning.


John built his strategic acumen in his roles at Cadbury, Frito Lay and Kellogg's.  He has the unique ability to make complex issues simple. John is an experienced moderator and ethnographer.

Susan honed her ability to create consumer connections and opportunity areas through her roles at Johnson & Johnson, SmithKline Beecham and Kellogg’s. Susan is an experienced moderator, ethnographer and facilitator.
